About Me
I have over 16 years of experience working with individuals and couples as they navigate the complexities of relationships, identity, and emotional life.
In my work, I am engaged, warm, and genuine. I take an active role in sessions and share my thoughts and observations when it feels clinically meaningful — especially when familiar patterns seem to be limiting closeness or satisfaction. I approach this work with care and compassion, holding an understanding that even painful ways of relating often once served an important purpose. At times, we slow things down to notice how experiences are felt in the body, particularly when words are not yet available.
Therapy can be challenging at times, particularly as we begin to look more closely at long-standing patterns. I strive to create a space where you feel supported enough to explore these moments honestly, without shame or judgment. Over time, this work can foster greater self-understanding, confidence, and flexibility in how you relate to yourself and others. I also value humor and welcome it into the room when it arises — it can be an important way of staying human together.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in corporate management and consulting. This background gives me a nuanced understanding of high-pressure, fast-paced work environments and continues to inform my work with people navigating stress, anxiety, and relational dynamics in professional settings.
